Important Notice Regarding Layaway and Sales Policy:
a) Notice to Canadian Residents: Customers residing in Canada are hereby notified that their selected item(s) will be placed on layaway until their account balance decreases below the account limit.
b) Notice to Residents of the USA and Other Countries Outside Canada: Customers residing in the USA and other countries outside Canada are hereby informed that their selected item(s) will undergo a layaway process and will only be shipped upon full payment, inclusive of shipping fees. Timely payments are of utmost importance.
Customers are hereby advised of the inherent risks associated with placing item(s) on layaway with H-Authentica Inc. It is acknowledged that H-Authentica Inc. bears no liability for any natural leather damages, such as aging and discoloration, that may occur during the layaway period until the item is shipped and delivered.
Customers are reminded that ALL ITEMS are deemed FINAL SALE, with no refunds or exchanges permitted. In the event of three (3) consecutive missed payments, failure to remit the total amount by the agreed-upon date, or cancellation of the item(s), customers understand that all previous payments will be forfeited, and the item(s) will be returned to inventory.
For US and International Orders, shipping fees will be calculated upon completion of full payment for the item.
